Actress Hwang Bo Ra has revealed actor Kim Yong Gun's private villa for the first time. Known as a secluded space reserved for family, the villa drew significant attention for its three-story interior, expansive gardens, terraces, and its scenic location adjacent to a valley.

On the 11th, Hwang uploaded a video to her YouTube channel titled 'U In-hui spending his first summer vacation at Grandpa's villa, revealed for the first time.'

The video was filmed as Hwang visited the villa with her husband and parents to celebrate her son U In-hui's first summer vacation. The footage offered a rare glimpse into the family's private living quarters and the surrounding natural landscape, which had previously remained undisclosed to the public.

Kim's villa is a private retreat where living areas are distributed across several floors. Featuring large indoor spaces and open outdoor areas, the property serves as a perfect setting for both relaxation and family activities, thanks to the surrounding valley and natural environment.

While Kim did not appear in person, his affection for his grandson was evident throughout the home. Anticipating U In-hui's arrival, he had prepared toys in advance, a gesture Hwang noted as a testament to the actor's special bond with his grandchild.

While touring the interior, Hwang explained, "Our room is on the second floor, and the first floor was originally my father's room." She added, "It is difficult to go up and down with U In-hui, so we use my father's room," noting how the family's use of the space has shifted to accommodate her son.

The changing needs of raising a child have highlighted the value of certain areas of the home. "After giving birth to U In-hui, it is much more comfortable here," Hwang remarked.

The villa also features a spacious basement used to preserve family history. The area houses various sentimental items, including trophies earned by Ha Jung Woo during his acting career and wedding photos of Hwang and her husband, serving as a repository for the family's most cherished memories.

Hwang admitted that the family did not visit the villa frequently in the past, noting they might only come once a year. However, her perspective changed after becoming a mother: "Since having the baby, this place is unconditionally better."

The villa's utility has centered around U In-hui. To support his development, Hwang's husband personally installed a swimming pool and a swing in the yard, creating a safe environment for the child to play in nature.

The family spent time playing in the valley and exploring a small vegetable garden. Unlike artificial urban playgrounds, the natural surroundings—the valley, garden, and vegetable patch—provided a holistic space for both play and learning.

Watching her son marvel at the outdoors, Hwang said, "Is there any better natural learning ground than this? Seeing U In-hui looking so fascinated, I feel that coming to the villa was a hundred times the right decision."
