In the video, while spending a quiet moment making *kimchi* with young summer radish, Kim stated, "I have to move in October." She then mentioned her current townhouse, drawing laughter with a playful remark: "If anyone is interested, please come and see the house."

Kim also shared realistic concerns regarding real estate brokerage fees. "I have listed it with a few real estate agencies," she said candidly, "but if you contact me directly, can't you save on the commission? The commission is no joke."
