Actress Song Hye Kyo revealed a glimpse of her modest weekend spent with a close acquaintance, appearing with a makeup-free face and comfortable attire. Unlike her glamorous appearances at official events, her natural look with minimal styling drew significant attention.

On the 22nd, Song regrammed a photo on her SNS taken with a famous hairstylist known to be a close friend.

In the photo, Song wears horn-rimmed glasses and comfortable clothing, sporting a simple, near-no-makeup look. Rather than a posed shot for the camera, the photo carries a strong everyday atmosphere, offering a peek into the private weekend life of the top star. Her natural interaction with her friend also revealed a comfortable relationship stemming from a long-standing friendship.

Recently, Song entered a new phase of her career after ending her exclusive contract with UAA, the agency she had been with for 14 years. UAA announced last June that the contract had expired, stating that both parties, who had worked together based on long-term trust, decided to support each other's futures.

Song also expressed special gratitude toward UAA CEO Park Hyun-jung, with whom she had been with for 14 years, by sending a message saying, “Thank you, unnie.”

Initially, it was known that Song would pursue independent activities without an agency, but she is now preparing for the next stage of her acting career by joining a new management team. It is reported that the new management was established by CEO Shin Jai-ho, who is Song's stylist husband and a former CEO of AAP.

It is noteworthy that Song, standing at a new starting point after concluding her long-term journey with her previous agency, is showing an even more relaxed and natural side in her private life.

Song is preparing to return to screens through her next project, the Netflix series "Tantara." Set in the Korean entertainment industry of the 1960s–1980s, a period when barbarism and violence were rampant, the series depicts the growth and lives of characters who had nothing but threw everything they had into the dream of success.

Attention is focused on how Song, who chose this project following "The Glory," will showcase her acting range in a work that combines period-drama textures with the historical landscape of the entertainment industry.
