During the October 31 broadcast of "Omniscient Interfering View," AKMU's Lee Chan-hyuk showcased a three-story shared house with Bugaksan Mountain views and revealed his management practice of paying housing deposits and monthly rent for his employees.

AKMU's Lee Chan-hyuk has revealed a three-story shared house featuring views of Bugaksan Mountain. The spacious residence, which includes a gym, a karaoke room, and a shared office, reflects his unique tastes and life philosophy. The broadcast drew attention by showing the realistic sibling dynamic of Lee and his sister, LEE SUHYUN, who live together yet call each other to ask for cooking oil, as well as Lee's management style of supporting his employees' housing costs.

In the 422nd episode of the MBC entertainment program "Omniscient Interfering View" aired on October 31, the daily lives of the 13-year veteran AKMU siblings following their independence and the production process of their first solo concert, "Paradise of Rumors," were introduced. The two began their day in the three-story shared house overlooking a panoramic view of Bugaksan Mountain. The house, which they began living in two years ago at Lee Chan-hyuk's suggestion, features a gym, a karaoke room, and a shared office room on each floor.

Objects reflecting Lee Chan-hyuk's unique sense are placed throughout the house. The sight of them enjoying leisure time on the terrace while looking at the Bugaksan Mountain scenery resembled a pictorial. However, contrary to the emotional scenery, the siblings' daily life was extremely realistic. Laughter was elicited when they were captured calling each other to ask for cooking oil despite staying in the same house.

The agency "Fountain of Inspiration," which Lee Chan-hyuk founded, was also unveiled. Commuting in a 2004 classic car, he introduced a unique organizational system where he calls himself the "Spring Master," LEE SUHYUN the "Princess," and his employees "Inspirations," his source of inspiration. In particular, his management method of meticulously looking after the lives of his employees drew attention.

When employee Yoo Young-gam was considering a working holiday, Lee Chan-hyuk presented a three-year blueprint, asking, "Won't you leave with me to find the essence?" It was revealed that he even looked for a house for the employee to live in and provided the deposit and monthly rent. Based on the philosophy that "good music comes from a good life," he is building an organizational culture different from typical agencies, such as implementing a four-day work week and having all employees learn swing dance every Tuesday. The cast members could not hide their surprise at watching this.

Another pillar of the broadcast was AKMU's first solo concert, "Paradise of Rumors," for which Lee Chan-hyuk served as the general director. Having personally conceived everything from stage composition to set design, he designed a 360-degree donut-shaped stage so that the audience and artists could breathe together. He sketched images that came to mind—such as percussion on top of a tent, desert rocks, and sea creatures—realized them through paper miniatures, and then moved them to the actual concert venue as a massive stage. His tenacity in not missing a single detail to turn imagination into reality was prominent.

However, significant pressure accompanied the perfect stage. He confessed that he could not sleep due to cramps starting a week before the performance and that he lost 5kg within a month. This was due to the heavy responsibility of creating a space where the audience could be immersed in the performance regardless of their position. Having prepared outdoor busking and environmental sounds capturing the sounds of nature, he even personally took care of small details, such as requesting all filming staff to wear hiking clothes so as not to spoil the atmosphere of the performance.

Lee Chan-hyuk's extraordinary sense of responsibility continued outside the stage. It was revealed that he began a training camp in Gapyeong on New Year's Day, 2026, for LEE SUHYUN, who had struggled with a slump in the past. He focused on recovering his sister's health and mind by following lifestyle rules together, such as morning and evening exercise, a healthy diet, and restrictions on mobile phone use. Last year, they also spent time walking the Camino de Santiago together.

Lee Chan-hyuk said, "During this period, the most important thing for me to do was the recovery of Suhyun's health and mind." While his sincerity as an older brother to stay by his sister's side so she could stand again was conveyed, the training camp life was not entirely exemplary. When his deviation—dreaming of a perfect crime by secretly eating convenience store food—was revealed, LEE SUHYUN expressed a sense of betrayal, adding a sibling-like laugh to the moment.

The finally revealed "Paradise of Rumors" was a massive space where Lee Chan-hyuk's imagination was unfolded on stage. Appearing in a 40-year-old classic car, AKMU led approximately 30,000 spectators to paradise. During the highlight of the performance, a spectacular scene unfolded where not only the audience but also the on-site staff stood up to dance together. It was the moment when the "paradise where everyone enjoys together" pursued by Lee Chan-hyuk became reality.

After overcoming her slump, LEE SUHYUN vowed, "I will never give up loving myself again." Lee Chan-hyuk also stated, "I dream different dreams every day because I am excited about the journey I will walk with these people in the future." Their relationship, which respects different personalities and independent lives while becoming each other's support in decisive moments, continued as a story running through their music and lives.

Lee Chan-hyuk has previously drawn attention for purchasing a building near Hongik University Station in Seoul, consisting of one basement floor and four ground floors, for 4.75 billion won in 2020. As the value of the building was estimated at approximately 6.8 billion won last year, interest in his real estate investment also drew attention. In this broadcast, Lee Chan-hyuk's unique steps in building his own space, organization, and musical world, beyond just assets, were highlighted once again.
