Lee Jang-woo sighs while looking at past photos where he was 30kg slimmer, saying 'Ah, the old days'
Lee Jang-woo looked back on his past self after revealing photos from his "prime" when he was approximately 30kg slimmer.

“He looks like a completely different person. He's handsome.” While the production team expressed admiration upon seeing Lee Jang-woo's past photos, he himself let out a deep sigh. As images of his "prime" days, when he was about 30kg slimmer than now, were revealed, Lee Jang-woo briefly looked back at his past.
On the 1st, a video was released on the YouTube channel 'Fat Uncle Lee Jang-woo' showing Lee Jang-woo visiting a famous restaurant near Cheonggyesan Mountain. He recalled the days when he used to enjoy hiking, saying, “I used to go often back when I was thin.”
On this day, Lee Jang-woo also revealed photos taken while hiking with his partner Cho Hye-won during their dating days. In the photos, Lee Jang-woo boasted a sharp jawline and a slender physique. He reminisced, “Back then, I really traveled a lot while carrying a backpack. I also exercised a lot.”
The production team could not hide their admiration after seeing the photos. They said, “He really looks like a different person. He's handsome,” and “If I had that face, I think I would have taken selfies every day.” Lee Jang-woo also admitted, “I was like that back then too.”
However, he said he hardly takes selfies now. Lee Jang-woo stared at the past photos for a long time, saying, “I stopped taking them once I started gaining weight,” and expressed regret, saying, “I probably won't be able to return to this state even if I lose weight.”
The green padding that garnered attention in the past on 'I Live Alone' was also brought up. Lee Jang-woo explained, “Originally, the green padding looked fine when I was thin,” and “It became strange because the front part gaped open as I gained weight,” while even revealing a photo of him wearing the same padding during his slim days.
That is not to say he has given up on dieting. Lee Jang-woo confessed, “I want to go hiking again once I lose weight,” noting that it is currently difficult to hike because his knees hurt. He then once again showed his clear philosophy of "exercising to eat more" by saying, “That way, I can eat even more delicious things.”
