Actress Park Jung-soo personally toured a high-end silver town with a deposit reaching as much as 2.2 billion won. Although she visited the location to consider her life in old age at the age of 73, Park Jung-soo's interest was much more serious than expected. She even drew laughter by telling her husband, "It would be better to have him move in alone."

On the 7th, a video titled "Deposit alone 2.2 billion? Park Jung-soo personally visits South Korea's top 1% silver town" was released on the YouTube channel 'You Can't Stop Jung-soo'. Park Jung-soo visited a silver town located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and meticulously examined everything from the clinic to the gym, sauna, golf facilities, restaurant, and cultural center.

The reason she became interested in the silver town was also realistic. Park Jung-soo said, "To be honest, it's hard to find someone to help by my side, and I'm interested because something might suddenly happen." It was a statement that seemed to take into account the possibility of living alone in the future, rather than just looking around out of simple curiosity.

While examining the facilities, she also mentioned her husband, PD Jung Eul-young. Park Jung-soo said, "It would be better to have my old man move in alone. I'd like to buy a small unit and tell him to go live there," adding, "I will live alone at home, and I think this place would suit my old man well." This revealed Park Jung-soo's style of retirement planning, where instead of imagining the same old age for a married couple living together, she considers separate spaces that suit each person.

The actual facilities were quite luxurious. The 18-pyeong unit she first examined was structured so that one could live without separate major preparations, as it was equipped with a bed, sofa, dining table, and even bedding. After checking the dressing room, Park Jung-soo expressed satisfaction, saying, "It's good to use alone."

What drew her attention was the largest 49-pyeong unit. The deposit for this unit was 2.2 billion won, and the monthly usage fee was around 5 million won. After examining the spacious living room and ample storage space, Park Jung-soo said, "I like this size the most. It's good because it's spacious," and asked, "Should I move in?" When a staff member replied, "There are almost no units of this size. If you are coming, please let us know in advance," Park Jung-soo replied, "I will think about it."

Even at the figure of 2.2 billion won, Park Jung-soo was unexpectedly calm. She said, "2.2 billion won is not money that disappears, but is paid as a deposit," and "For those who have the means to pay 5 million won a month, it would be good to stay comfortably." Even while checking the price tag of the ultra-high-end silver town herself, she focused on the convenience and safety of life rather than the cost.

Park Jung-soo is the same age as PD Jung Eul-young, both born in 1952, and they have maintained a common-law relationship for about 25 years. PD Jung Eul-young is also the father of actor Jung Kyung-ho. Park Jung-soo previously revealed on SBS 'My Little Old Boy' the reason why she did not register their marriage, saying, "I was 50 years old at that time. I didn't have the confidence if emotions were hurt by clashing with the partner's family."

Recently, she also drew attention by revealing the building she owns in Apgujeong through the same channel. The value of the building was estimated to be about 23 billion won in the real estate industry. Park Jung-soo, who is already known to possess significant assets, is drawing attention for showing interest in realistic retirement preparation, just as much as her flashy asset scale, as she personally toured the 2.2 billion won silver town.
