Flex x Cop 2 aims to beat 11% viewership rating with private jet scale
SBS's hit series Flex x Cop returns for Season 2, featuring Ahn Bo-hyun and upgraded 'flex investigations' on a grander scale.
'Flex x Cop,' which achieved success with a peak viewership rating of 11%, is returning for Season 2 with an even larger scale and upgraded 'flex investigations.'

On the 14th, the production team for the new SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Flex x Cop 2,' set to premiere on August 7, released still cuts capturing Violent Crimes Team 1 boarding a private jet, heightening anticipation.
'Flex x Cop 2' is a collaborative investigation drama where chaebol detective Jin Yi-soo (Ahn Bo-hyun) and new team leader Joo Hye-ra use massive capital and influence to overturn traditional investigation methods. With its refreshing development and grand scale, it is drawing attention as a highly anticipated project following the lineage of SBS's representative seasonal hits, 'The Fiery Priest' and 'Taxi Driver.'
The released still cuts highlight the significantly changed atmosphere of Violent Crimes Team 1 compared to Season 1.
Park Jun-young (Kang Sang-jun), the principled detective who previously guarded against the former parachute detective Jin Yi-soo, and the youngest detective Choi Kyung-jin (Kim Shin-bi) appear in high-end custom suits, shedding their rough detective images.
In particular, the two create a relaxed atmosphere inside the private jet while holding whiskey provided by Jin, foreshadowing a teamwork that is markedly different from Season 1. Interest is gathering on the refreshing entertainment provided by the new investigation method, which actively utilizes Jin's immense wealth and resources.
The production team stated, "Thanks to the chemistry built by Ahn Bo-hyun, Kang Sang-jun, and Kim Shin-bi while working together in Season 1, they showed teamwork that communicates through mere glances."
They continued, "The core viewing point of Season 2 will be the process of Violent Crimes Team 1, having experienced the true value of flex investigations, actively utilizing Jin's capital and network to face even larger cases."
