Ki Eun Se Reveals Luxury Pyeongchang-dong Residence Amidst Renovation Controversy
Actress Ki Eun Se shares a tour of her newly completed luxury home in Pyeongchang-dong via YouTube, addressing previous neighborhood complaints.
Actress Ki Eun Se has revealed the interior of her Pyeongchang-dong residence, which previously faced controversy regarding 'nuisance construction.'

On the 4th, a video titled 'Finally, the Pyeongchang-dong house is complete' was posted on her YouTube channel, 'Ki Eun Se's House.' Ki Eun Se noted that the process is not entirely finished, saying, "It is still not fully finalized, and I haven't even moved in yet. However, I was in a hurry, so I turned on the camera just to give you a quick tour."
She introduced a unique house structure where the entrance is located on the 2nd floor. "The main part of this house is on the 1st floor. Since I live alone, I plan to use all the rooms on the 2nd floor as dressing rooms. I installed built-in wardrobes with the intention of living here for a long time, designed to evoke a beautiful dressing room," she explained.
She also showcased a large-scale bookshelf extending to the 2nd floor and a spacious sofa, stating, "I wanted it to feel like a foreign house. A rail staircase will be installed in the middle."
In addition, she introduced interior details hidden within spaces such as the bathroom, dining room, guest room, pantry, and kitchen, revealing that much effort went into the remodeling process. She expressed her happiness, saying, "Our house is a three-story villa with a view of the forest. I want to show you many more wonderful things in this new space moving forward."
However, the house remodeling process had previously sparked controversy. Last May, an online netizen who introduced themselves as a Pyeongchang-dong resident expressed frustration, claiming that Ki Eun Se's home construction was causing inconveniences such as vehicle traffic and waste issues.
Ki Eun Se's agency apologized, stating, "We are aware that complaints regarding parking inconveniences and cleaning have occurred. We have directly apologized to the residents and completed the neighborhood cleaning."
