Actor Lee Hoon presents awards at BOB bodybuilding competition

Actor Lee Hoon visited a bodybuilding competition to watch athletes perform and personally present awards, showcasing his deep passion for fitness.

The BOB competition was held at the Shinan University Gymnasium from the 15th to the 16th. Present at the event were Lee, born in 1973 and aged 53, and Big Lee Coach (Lee Kwang-seok), the CEO of B2style and an IFBB Pro coach.

Having consistently demonstrated an interest in fitness and weight training, Lee visited the venue to personally observe the athletes' matches. Moving beyond a mere spectator, he spoke with the participants, encouraging those who spent months preparing for the fierce competition.

Lee took to the stage alongside Big Lee Coach to present awards to the athletes following their performances. As competitors showcased the physiques and skills they had perfected over many months, Lee added to the significance of the moment with applause and words of encouragement.

“The sweat and effort athletes pour in to reach the stage must be respected, regardless of the outcome,” Big Lee Coach said while encouraging the participants. He added, “I will continue to work toward helping Korean bodybuilding grow into a larger stage where athletes can receive fair treatment.”

BOB is gaining attention within the domestic bodybuilding community due to its relatively high prize pool and the high caliber of its participants.
