Noh Joo-hyun Uses Luxury Silver Town in Seoul as a Second House

It has been revealed that actor Noh Joo-hyun is residing in a luxury silver town established in Magok, Seoul.

On the 24th, on the channel 'Real Actresses,' actors Kim Young-ran, Lee Kyung-jin, and So-Young Ahn visited the senior residence in Magok to tour the interior. This facility boasts a triple station area location connected to Subway Line 5, Line 9, and the Airport Railroad. The building is equipped with abundant lifestyle amenities, including large supermarkets and brand stores both inside and outside. The interior features diverse cultural and community spaces such as a sauna, gym, golf practice range, movie theater, and karaoke room.

A facility official introduced a two-bedroom layout, stating, "The deposit is around 1.45 billion won to 1.49 billion won, and the monthly usage fee per person is at the level of 3.5 million won to 4.25 million won. Mr. Noh Joo-hyun is staying in the type you just saw." The official added, "He visits occasionally and uses it as a second house."

Noh Joo-hyun, who received great love as an original 'flower boy' actor, appeared on actress Sunwoo Yong-nyeo's channel this past January.
