Yoon Gai supports Kim Ah-young at her play following romance news
Actress Yoon Gai shows her support for fellow actress Kim Ah-young at the play 'The Merchant of Venice' following her relationship news with Chang Kiha.
Actress Yoon Gai shared her first update since her public relationship with singer Chang Kiha was revealed, offering unwavering support to actress Kim Ah-young. Even after drawing significant attention due to her romance, Yoon is capturing fans' interest by continuing her daily life, including attending theater performances to show affection for her fellow actress.

On the 15th, Yoon posted a video of the performance curtain call on her social media (SNS) with the caption, "The play 'The Merchant of Venice' is so much fun." In the post, she tagged Kim's account to convey her support and congratulations for the performance.
Yoon visited the theater in person to watch the play starring Kim. After the performance, she visited the waiting room and shared a photo of a warm hug with Kim, leaving the message "I love you, Jessica. I love you," revealing the special friendship between the two.
Yoon and Kim are known to have formed a bond while working together as crew members on the Coupang Play variety program 'SNL Korea.' The friendship they built both on and off-screen has extended beyond broadcasting into a relationship where they support each other's professional endeavors. This recent theater visit is seen as a sincere gesture of support for her colleague.
'The Merchant of Venice,' starring Kim, is one of William Shakespeare's most famous plays. It is a classic work that explores universal themes such as law and justice, mercy and revenge, discrimination, and human dignity, centered around the so-called 'pound of flesh' contract. Kim is showcasing a new side of her acting in the role of Jessica.
Kim responded to Yoon's support by sharing Yoon's post on her own SNS with the message, "You little puppy. Thank you. I love you," bringing warm smiles to fans through their playful friendship.
Yoon drew significant attention last month when her relationship with singer Chang Kiha was made public. At the time, agencies from both sides officially confirmed the relationship, stating, "The two are currently in a good relationship quite well."
It is reported that the two first met through the 2023 Coupang Play program 'SNL Korea.' Chang participated as a host and Yoon as a crew member, and they are said to have naturally grown closer through shared interests in music and film.
Chang, born in 1982, and Yoon, born in 2000, are continuing their serious relationship despite an 18-year age difference. Since going public, the two have focused on their respective careers rather than flaunting their romance, and Yoon continues her path as an actress by sharing glimpses of her life supporting her colleagues.
As Yoon continues to engage with the public while balancing her romance and professional life, attention is turning toward what new acting roles she will showcase in the future.
