aespa to Conquer Japan with First Japanese Mini Album Release

Girl group aespa is set to significantly expand their local activities by releasing their first Japanese mini album. As this marks their Japanese comeback after approximately two years, they plan to showcase a new musical color by composing all new songs as original Japanese tracks.

aespa will release their first Japanese mini album, 'Kiss and Tell', on the 24th. This new release follows their recent activities for the first full-length album 'Lemonade' and is drawing attention as a full-scale move targeting the local market.

The new album will include a total of 6 original Japanese songs, including the title track of the same name, 'Kiss and Tell'. Having previously received a positive response from local music fans through their Japanese debut single 'Hot Mess', aespa plans to showcase an even more expanded musical spectrum and performance through this album.

Along with the news of the album release, teaser images released through their official SNS have also become a hot topic. The released content visually implements a dreamy yet mysterious worldview in line with the title track's concept, emphasizing the members' unique visuals using retro-future vibes and pink-toned styling.

This album also carries the nature of a project linked to local activities in Japan. Following the album release, aespa is scheduled to meet local fans by holding the fan-meeting 'MY-J Presents aespa Japan Fanmeeting 2026 “MY Classmate”' for three days from July 18 to 20 at Keio Arena in Tokyo, Japan.

Having confirmed both the release of their first Japanese mini album and the hosting of a fan-meeting, aespa is expected to further broaden the scope of their activities in Japan through a strategy of running music and fan events in parallel.
