When Hong handed pocket money to his daughter, Geum questioned the necessity, asking, "Why does she need money? She already has an allowance, so is there a need to give more?" Hong defended his parenting style, responding, "Can't I give it to her when she needs it?"

The core of the conflict lies in private education. Geum shared her realistic concerns, stating, "I feel like the children are being raised too softly. Didn't we cut off all the academies? I'm not asking for them to be above average, but I believe they shouldn't fall below average."

In an interview with the production team, Geum expressed strong dissatisfaction, saying, "To be honest, the father has ruined the children. Should I say he dug his own grave?" Hong responded with a bitter expression, noting, "It feels like my friendship with my wife is being shaken," suggesting the conflict has moved beyond a simple difference of opinion.
