On the 10th, Jensen Huang, the head of the global semiconductor company NVIDIA, appeared on tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' to share the company's talent recruitment standards. Moreover, we even have AI, don't we? The most important thing is humanity. If you are looking for someone to work with, you should look for someone who knows how to give. Having the mindset of 'I want you to succeed' is also a way of giving. Some people might feel bad when someone else succeeds. Personally, seeing someone succeed makes me happy."

He further advised, "Therefore, when hiring people, you should look for those who are generous and kind. Such qualities are truly valuable abilities. Those people will succeed anywhere. To succeed, surround yourself with such people."
