The broadcast prominently featured Jun selecting a destination on the spot at the airport and purchasing a flight to Almaty. MBC's official video also highlighted this, describing it as "Jun Hyun-moo spontaneously booking a flight at the airport.'

However, the situation shifted when the Almaty city government announced via its official website on the 21st of last month that the filming was conducted with the support of the Almaty City Tourism Bureau. Given that administrative procedures and local cooperation are essential for overseas filming, the debate centered on the fact that the broadcast depicted the process as entirely spontaneous, as if even the crew were unaware of the destination.

On the 25th of last month, MBC clarified, "There was no filming support or sponsorship received regarding this Kazakhstan trip." Subsequently, the network explained through its official website that while there was no monetary sponsorship or production cost support from the Almaty City Tourism Bureau, they did receive administrative assistance and on-site cooperation necessary for local filming.

Ultimately, this additional statement is interpreted as an attempt to distinguish between "sponsorship" and "prior preparation." While the crew did not finalize the trip in advance, they had prepared for a likely destination and coordinated with local authorities to facilitate production.
