Kang Nam Earns Massage License for Wife Lee Sang-hwa: "She Has No Ankle Tendons"
Kang Nam earned a sports massage license to care for his wife, retired speed skater Lee Sang-hwa, who has no ankle tendons and chronic knee issues.
On the 17th, on JTBC's 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator since 2014,' singer Kang Nam expressed concern over the health of his wife, former speed skating athlete Lee Sang-hwa.
Kang Nam revealed that he had obtained a sports massage license for Lee Sang-hwa, saying, "Athletes go through a lot of pain. Sang-hwa falls down more than five times a day because she has overused her knees so much. She has no tendons in her ankles, so she struggles if I don't massage them. I got the massage license so I could do it properly." He showed his deep affection for his wife.
He continued, "I give her a massage every day. She struggles if I don't. She also has severe forward head posture. So I have to take care of everything," conveying that he has no choice but to give her daily massages.
Kim Yeon-a is no different when it comes to physical condition. Her husband Ko Woo-rim empathized, saying, "I understand my wife also has issues with her hips. When the weather is cloudy or something, she gets uncomfortable, so I try to massage her as much as I can."
He added, "Maybe because she was an athlete, a regular shoulder rub from just anyone doesn't give her relief. It has to be really deep," expressing his heartfelt concern.
