Kim Shin-young appeared as a guest and had a lively conversation with her seniors Lee Gyeong-sil and Jo Hye-ryeon.

Upon seeing Kim Shin-young, Lee Gyeong-sil warmly said, "Now you look like Shin-young again." Kim Shin-young, who experienced rebound weight gain after losing 44kg, shared that she had recently put on a little weight after eating freely again.

Lee Gyeong-sil said, "Shin-young, seeing you gain the weight back feels like a lost younger sibling has returned," and Kim Shin-young replied, "These days I can't even go for walks. When I do, people say, 'Are you trying to lose weight? Don't walk.'" sharing the reactions she gets from people.

Lee Gyeong-sil expressed concern, saying, "The reason they say that is because they loved the old Shin-young. You lost the weight for health reasons, so they were worried."

Kim Shin-young confirmed, "That's right. I had hormonal issues, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperlipidemia, and fatty liver. Now they're all gone," announcing that her health had improved.
