Lee Hong-ryeol: No Regrets Despite 300 Million Won Debt and 11 Million Won Monthly Rent for Hamburger Shop
Comedian Lee Hong-ryeol shares his experience of losing 300 million won after running a hamburger shop with 11 million won monthly rent near Hongik University.
On the 5th, comedian Lee Hong-ryeol mentioned on his YouTube channel 'Lee Hong-ryeol TV' that he had closed down the hamburger shop he opened near Hongik University in Seoul.

In response to a production team member's question, "Don't you regret running the hamburger shop?", Lee Hong-ryeol replied, "It failed, but I absolutely do not regret it."
He continued, "I put up my house as collateral and incurred 300 million won in debt. However, it was possible to recover because I was working a lot back then. If I had failed while running a shop now, it would have been a huge problem. I am truly relieved that I experienced it early," indicating that he had the ability to make up for such losses at that time.
Last year, on MBN's 'Sokpulishow Dongchimi', he mentioned the closure of the 64-pyeong scale hamburger shop near Hongdae. At the time, the monthly rent alone was 11 million won. He confessed, "There were 12 employees, and the net profit was 1 to 5 million won. It was difficult to fulfill the 5-year contract period."
