Comedian Lee Seong-mi shocked viewers on TV CHOSUN's 'Perfect Life' by revealing she sometimes walks as little as 91 steps a day.
On the 24th, during the TV CHOSUN program 'Perfect Life', comedian Lee Seong-mi surprised viewers by revealing that she walks as little as 91 steps a day.

Lee Seong-mi, who tends to lie down most of the time, walked alongside Mun Yeong-mi and made an exhausted expression, saying, “I walked so much today. I walked a whole week's worth. I walked 2,230 steps.” Mun Yeong-mi walked 1,936 steps. Lee Seong-mi panted, saying, “I walked a lot because I was following you, unnie.”
When Mun Yeong-mi asked, “How much do you usually walk?”, Lee Seong-mi checked her past step records and replied, “I really don't walk. There was even a day when I only walked 91 steps.” When Shin Seung-hwan asked, “What were you doing on that day?”, Lee Seong-mi answered, “I was lying down continuously. Just going to the bathroom and feeding the dog.”
When Oh Ji-ho asked how she eats, Lee Seong-mi replied, “I hardly eat any meals.”
At this, the medical expert panelists strongly advised Lee Seong-mi to walk more, stating, “Humans must walk to stay healthy as they age. You must walk 5,000 steps. Most healthy people even over the age of 90 walk 5,000 steps a day.”
