Lim Young-woong loses hosting duties to guest Cha Seung Won

Actor Cha Seung Won fully unleashed his signature 'Cha-jumma' instincts, instantly turning a mountain house into his own personal kitchen. As Cha Seung Won took charge of everything from cooking and lighting the fire to food styling, the homeowner Lim Young-woong burst into laughter, saying, "I've had my host role stolen."

In the SBS variety show 'Mountain Bachelor Young-woong' aired on the 28th, Cha Seung Won visited Lim Young-woong's mountain home with actor Kim Do-hoon to spend a special day together.

Early in the broadcast, Kim Do-hoon expressed admiration for Lim, noting how well he had adapted to mountain life. Kim remarked that Lim looked like a true local, given how naturally he managed the house and settled into the environment.

However, the atmosphere shifted the moment Cha Seung Won arrived.

Having earned the nickname 'Cha-jumma' through years of managing cooking and household chores on the tvN 'Three Meals a Day' series, Cha Seung Won surprised everyone with his familiar and efficient movements in the mountain kitchen.

When Lim prepared to cook a squid stew using his mother's recipe, Cha immediately grabbed a knife as if he had been waiting for the opportunity.

"I'll chop the zucchini," he said, naturally taking over the food preparation. He soon began directing the entire kitchen, managing everything from the seasoning to the cooking sequence.

The situation left the original host, Lim, feeling like a guest in his own home.

Watching this, Lim laughed, saying, "I'm supposed to be the host, but the roles have completely swapped with the guest." Cha, meanwhile, continued in 'Cha-jumma mode' without hesitation.

Lim, satisfied with the arrangement, added, "I think it will taste even better since he's making it."

Cha's expertise didn't stop at cooking. When he noticed a lack of kindling for the wood-burning stove, he skillfully revived the flames using newspapers and a fan.

As he restored the heat with practiced hands, the production team added a caption reading "Risk of unemployment" over Lim's face, adding to the comedic effect.

He even impressed the group by meticulously checking the plating and camera angles once the food was ready to ensure perfect presentation.

Kim Do-hoon repeatedly marveled at his skills, saying, "He really is on another level." The three then shared a warm moment while enjoying the completed gochujang stew.

Ultimately, Lim joked, "I'm the host, but I keep losing my position," adding, "As soon as Seung Won hyung arrived today, he took over everything."

Later, Cha suggested chicken soup for dinner and demonstrated his prowess once again by skillfully preparing the chicken, proving his status as the original 'Cha-jumma.' His natural ability to manage a household and cook better than the homeowner provided viewers with a delightful reminder of his unique charm.
