Singer Lee Young Ji has shared her latest look, featuring a sharper impression and bold styling following her under-eye fat repositioning procedure. Since she personally disclosed undergoing the procedure, public attention has focused on her natural appearance changes as they have settled over time.

On the 22nd, Lee posted photos on her SNS with the caption, “I’m suddenly orange today.” In selfies taken inside a car, she showcased an intense and unique image with orange-dyed hair and full makeup.

She followed up by posting a video with the caption, “It’s really pouring rain.” In the video, Lee waits in her vehicle, checking her appearance while staring into the camera and smiling brightly, seemingly satisfied with her styling. Her signature free-spirited atmosphere and way of self-expression were fully evident before she took the stage.

Lee's change in appearance is gaining renewed attention because she previously went public with her under-eye fat repositioning. When she performed at the Seventeen DK and Seungkwan unit concert in Incheon last April, Lee explained she was wearing sunglasses because of the procedure.

At the time, she candidly shared the news, seemingly conscious that wearing sunglasses might be misunderstood as rude behavior. She later noted on fan communication platforms that while she worried about appearing to encourage plastic surgery, she decided to explain her choice directly rather than hiding it.

Lee mentioned she decided on the procedure after long consideration. She explained that people often told her she looked tired even when she wasn't feeling fatigued. Given how public perception of appearance can impact one's image, the decision held more significance for Lee than a simple aesthetic choice.

The recent photos were taken while she was waiting in her vehicle ahead of her performance at Waterbomb Sokcho 2026. Lee delivered an intense performance on stage that day, and after the show, she shared a photo showing clear signs of exhaustion with the caption, “Waterbomb is really so exhausting, but I love it so much.”

In photos of Lee with her wet hair tied up after the performance, the traces of her high-energy stage presence were evident.
