During that appearance, CEO Lee Sang Yoon explained that the starting salary for a nurse in California is approximately $90,000—about 140 million won based on the exchange rate at the time—while noting the high cost of living that must be considered.

Ultimately, Yeong Suk is facing both her practical career considerations as a nurse and her encounter with Sang Cheol, her former ideal type.
