YouTuber Yoo Kkaennip has revealed why she regretted the size of the implants chosen during her initial breast augmentation and subsequently underwent revision surgery. Her decision was not based solely on changing her appearance; she shared her honest concerns regarding physical discomforts, such as repetitive clicking sounds in her armpit and a sensation of the implants catching when sleeping on her side.

On the 1st, Yoo Kkaennip uploaded a video to her YouTube channel titled "Had surgery again? The real reason I decided on breast revision.." Ahead of her consultation for the revision, she reflected on her first surgery, stating that her biggest regret was choosing implants that were too large for her body type.

“I went with the maximum size. I regret it a little,” she said, adding, “I don't think there is a need to choose such a large size for a body type with a somewhat frail upper body.” She explained that while she chose the maximum size at the time, she later realized it was not a choice that considered the balance with her physical build.

The video also shows her changed appearance following the revision. Yoo Kkaennip revealed that she reduced her implant size from 355cc during the first surgery to 320cc this time. She chose a smaller size to prioritize aesthetic balance and personal satisfaction. “I wanted to reduce it even more, but they told me this was the appropriate size to look pretty,” she said, recounting the explanation she received during the surgical process.

The physical discomforts she experienced were also cited as a reason for deciding on the revision. Yoo Kkaennip confessed, “Even without putting my finger in, there was a clicking sound in my left armpit.” She explained that when sleeping on her side, she felt the breast implants catching, causing a persistent discomfort, even if it was not severe pain.

She also faced aesthetic concerns. She revealed that she experienced "rippling," a phenomenon where the wrinkles or contours around the implant become visible through the skin. Describing the effect, Yoo Kkaennip said, “There was also that phenomenon where it becomes wrinkled.” It appears the combination of aesthetic issues and daily physical discomfort led her to consider the revision.

However, Yoo Kkaennip drew a line to ensure her experience is not perceived as an endorsement of plastic surgery. “This is absolutely not a video recommending plastic surgery,” she emphasized, stating that the decision was made solely to increase her own satisfaction in the direction she desired.
