Choi Yeo-jin Celebrates 1st Wedding Anniversary Amidst Past Rumors

Actress Choi Yeo-jin shared her thoughts on the occasion of her first wedding anniversary with Kim Jae-wook.

On the 1st, Choi Yeo-jin celebrated her wedding anniversary on her social networking service (SNS), writing, “It’s already been a year, though it felt like a month. Time, please slow down. Let’s all live more excitedly and happily.”

She posted a photo wearing a wedding dress and smiling brightly alongside Kim Jae-wook.

She held her wedding ceremony last June with sports entrepreneur Kim Jae-wook, who is seven years her senior. However, she previously went through difficult times as she was swept up in various rumors, including allegations of infidelity and being part of a cult, regarding her husband's remarriage.

When she appeared on the tvN entertainment program ‘On & Off’ in 2020, it was revealed that Kim and his ex-wife were acquaintances of Choi Yeo-jin in Gapyeong, which led to suspicions that she might have been involved in an affair while Kim was married.

Choi Yeo-jin strongly denied these claims through her broadcasts, stating, “I met him 2 to 3 years after my husband divorced his ex-wife. It is absolutely not an affair.” Even Kim's ex-wife dismissed the rumors by saying, “I am the witness, and if I say it's not the case, why is there so much talk?” while sincerely supporting the couple's future.
