In the SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Wonderful New World,' Lim Ji Yeon finally realizes her feelings for love, leading to a rise in viewership ratings.

According to Nielsen Korea, a ratings research company, the 7th episode of 'Wonderful New World' (written by Kang Hyeon Ju, directed by Han Tae Seop), which aired the previous day, recorded a peak of 10.7% and a national average of 9.4%. This figure is not only number one in its time slot but also the highest among all mini-series aired during the week.
Following their first kiss in Jeju Island, a full-scale 'push-and-pull' romantic tension began to form between Shin Se-ri (Lim Ji Yeon) and Shin Se-gye (Heo Nam Jun). Furthermore, the tension in the drama increased as another force appeared to interfere between the two.
In this episode, the broadcast concluded with Se-ri, having awakened her feelings toward her own 'new world,' running toward Se-gye, who was surrounded by reporters, in order to save him from a crisis.
