BTS member Jung Kook sent public support by sharing a cover video by RESCENE member Minami on his social media (SNS).

On the 3rd, Jung Kook posted a link to Minami's performance video, which was released on the YouTube music content channel 'it's Live', along with the short phrase "Yahoo" on his Instagram Story. He expressed a positive reaction by adding a thumbs-up emoji to the post.

In the released video, Minami reinterpreted Jung Kook's solo song 'Still With You' with her own emotional tone and delicate expression. While maintaining the atmosphere of the original song, her performance—adding her own unique color based on stable vocal skills—is receiving praise from fans.

This post has garnered significant attention online as an instance where Jung Kook personally introduced a junior artist's content to convey his support.

RESCENE has significantly increased its public recognition following the so-called 'Geoje Yahoo' meme that spread centered around Minami. Minami's 'Yahoo' content, which utilized a Japanese gyaru culture concept, spread rapidly through short-form platforms and became an online buzzword. Following this, the group has continued to make headlines, even being appointed as honorary ambassadors for Geoje City.

Previously, BTS members also drew fan attention during the 'ARIRANG' world tour Busan performance held at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium on the 13th, where V, Jin, and Jung Kook mimicked Minami's 'Yahoo' gesture on stage. This scene garnered attention for naturally incorporating viral online content into their performance.
