Lee Seung Gi's daughter brags about him at kindergarten

Singer and actor Lee Seung Gi brought laughter to fans by revealing the adorable "twist" in his 31-month-old daughter's behavior. While she remains indifferent to her father's fame at home, she reportedly brags to her peers at kindergarten, saying, "My dad is a singer." Lee could not hide his heartwarming reaction to his daughter's unexpected behavior.

On the 24th, in the first video of his new YouTube channel I Seung Gi I, Lee described his current life as consisting of just two things: "work and family." He confessed that his daily routine is now largely occupied by fatherhood, as he participates in childcare at home and spends weekends going out with his daughter or spending time with her after kindergarten.

The 31-month-old is growing rapidly. "She runs so well and speaks incredibly well," Lee noted, adding that her speech began to flow suddenly around the age of two. He also shared that his daughter is a "true fan," noting that she enjoys watching his broadcast videos and constantly asks him to play them in the car.

However, the most amusing part was the contrast in her behavior. Lee revealed, "She doesn't show any sign of it in front of me, but I heard that once she goes to kindergarten, she proudly tells people that her dad is a singer." Lee burst into laughter at the sight of her acting indifferent toward him at home while seemingly bragging about her famous father to her friends.

Lee also admitted that parenting is not as easy as it sounds. "You can't fake parenting," he explained, noting that there are certain behaviors and hand movements that only those who have actually raised a child possess. He added that his current daily routine consists of nothing but "singing and parenting," reflecting a life focused more on his family than his glamorous career as a star.

Lee and actress Lee Da In married in 2023 and welcomed their first daughter the following year. In July, they became parents to a son and a daughter after welcoming their second child. With his eldest already 31 months old and a newborn son to care for, Lee's life centered on "work and family" is expected to become even more pronounced.
