Singer and actress Son Dam Bi has revealed the secret behind her successful 21kg weight loss following childbirth. Her rigorous self-care routine—ranging from fasting stretches and myofascial release to a disciplined diet and nutritional management—is drawing attention as a realistic approach to balancing parenting and health.

On the 17th, Son uploaded a video titled "Son Dam Bi's Morning Routine to Build Parenting Stamina" to her YouTube channel "Son Dam Bi," introducing her methods for starting the day.
In the video, Son appears in comfortable pajamas and reveals her habit of drinking warm water immediately after waking up. She then demonstrates how she wakes up her body by performing light stretching and myofascial release exercises using a foam roller while in a fasting state.
She meticulously manages her body's balance by sequentially releasing areas prone to tension, such as the neck, shoulders, armpits, scapula, back, and hips. In particular, considering her high level of physical activity, she caught attention by using a high-intensity foam roller and massage balls to intensively stimulate her tight muscles.
"Perhaps because I exercise a lot, this area is especially painful," Son explained, adding, "It hurts, but it feels just as refreshing and like my body is being released."
She emphasized, "As I get older, I feel my hip joints and muscles becoming increasingly tight. While strength training is important, stretching is ultimately the most fundamental element." Son added, "It is good to get into the habit of lightly loosening up your body in a fasting state at home in the morning. Since my muscles are on the firm side, I don't feel refreshed unless the intensity is at this level."
After finishing her workout, she revealed her meal. On this day, Son prepared a baguette sandwich and tomato soup for breakfast, but she drew attention by eating only about half of the sandwich and leaving the rest.
"I often exercise on an empty stomach, but sometimes I do get hungry," she said. "I really love baguette sandwiches, so I had one with tomato soup today."
She confessed candidly, "Still, I suppose you could say it feels a bit like a guilty conscience to eat an entire sandwich. So today, I just ate this much."
