Comedians Kim Dae-sung and Na Hyun-young Confirm Past Relationship but State They Have Broken Up

Comedian Na Hyun-young has released an official statement regarding dating rumors with comedian Kim Dae-sung, explaining that while the two did date in the past, they have since ended their romantic relationship.

On the 3rd, Na Hyun-young's agency, CL&COMPANY, stated through the media, "Na Hyun-young and Kim Dae-sung are currently broken up and are simply senior and junior colleagues who get along comfortably." This clarified that while they acknowledged their past relationship, they are no longer a couple.

Earlier that day, one media outlet reported that the two had been dating for over a year after meeting through the play 'He Was Pretty.' However, as it was also revealed during the reporting process that they had already broken up, the dating rumors essentially served as a late confirmation of a past relationship.

Kim Dae-sung, born in 1983, made his debut in 2008 as a comedian from the 23rd KBS open recruitment class and became well-known to the public through Gag Concert. Since then, he has continued his career as a comedian, moving between live performances and broadcasting.

Na Hyun-young, born in 1996, began her acting career through the play The Greatest Love in 2016, and since being selected as a comedian from the KBS open recruitment class in 2023, she has been expanding her field of activity across both broadcasting and the stage.

Both sides stated that they currently maintain a relationship as senior and junior colleagues who support each other, drawing a line against excessive speculation surrounding the dating rumors.
