'I Am Solo' Season 14's Sun-ja Confirms Legal Marriage to Actor Choi Joo-won

Sun-ja from Season 14 of the SBS Plus-ENA variety program 'I Am Solo' has completed her marriage registration with actor Choi Joo-won, formally confirming the couple's legal status as husband and wife.

On the 25th, Sun-ja shared the news through her personal account, posting images of herself visiting Gangnam District Office in Seoul with Choi Joo-won to file the marriage registration. She wrote, "I thought I would feel calm, but my heart ached a little. Even the tip of my nose tingled. Now we are official partners for life."

She also revealed the marriage registration receipt issued by the head of Gangnam District Office, along with a congratulatory card bearing the message, "To the two of you who will walk toward the same place. Congratulations on becoming an official married couple."

News of the couple's marriage first became known in May. At the time, Sun-ja announced the wedding by saying, "In this warm month of May, I have promised to spend my life with someone precious. Since this is the first news I am sharing in a year, and since it is news of my marriage, I feel a little nervous and careful. I also hesitated, wondering whether hearing from me after such a long time with marriage news might feel burdensome. I will continue to greet you more often with good news and a better image. I would be grateful if you watched over us with warm hearts."

On the 19th, she also introduced a story about her husband, a former volleyball player, taking part in an amateur club tournament and leading his team to its first victory as well as a third-place finish. Expressing affection for him, she wrote, "I fell for him all over again because he is happier when the people around him regain confidence than when he himself shines."

The two held their wedding ceremony on the 16th of last month and have now completed the marriage registration as well.
