In the eighth episode of JTBC's 'Love War' broadcast on the 11th, Gangbin and Lee Soo-bin—a couple in a long-term relationship while chasing acting dreams—appeared on the show.

The two became a couple after majoring in acting at the same university. Their love, which began while dreaming together, has lasted seven years, but as time passed, they faced the harsh wall of reality. In particular, economic issues and an uncertain future became factors that constantly shook their relationship.

Gangbin revealed that she currently has no steady income and that her bank balance is less than 1 million won. Meanwhile, Lee Soo-bin has been managing a practical life by running a theater troupe while simultaneously working as a performance director and an English musical academy instructor.

The biggest difference between the two was their 'way of looking at dreams.'

Gangbin still has no intention of giving up her dream of being an actor. She said, "I like the famous saying: don't be chased by money, but make money chase you." This meant she was willing to endure current economic instability for the sake of her dream.

However, upon hearing this, Kim Hee Chul pointed out the cold reality. He quipped, "It feels like you are the only one living in a flower garden."

It was also revealed that when she used to earn money through video editing in the past, she donated those earnings to her club. Although it was an action stemming from good intentions, choosing to donate while lacking a proper economic foundation sparked further debate.

Seo Jang-hoon also offered blunt advice.

"Donating is good, but donating when you don't even have money for yourself is just showing off. Saving for the future comes first."
