Nam Bora tells 50-day-old son, "Stop growing, no"
Actress Nam Bora shares the bittersweet reality of motherhood as she celebrates her son's 50th day on her YouTube channel.
Actress Nam Bora shared her daily life as a novice mother, expressing bittersweet feelings over the rapid growth of her son, who has reached 50 days old.

On the 14th, Nam Bora released a video titled "They say the 50-day miracle happens, and it's true? Parenting a newborn who sleeps for 5 hours straight" on her YouTube channel, "Nam Bora's Life Theater." The video captures the daily life of Nam Bora and her husband as they hold a commemorative photo shoot for their son, Kong-al-i, to celebrate his 50th day.
Ahead of their outing, Nam Bora meticulously packed essentials for her son, including baby bottles for formula, diapers, rattles, and blankets. She poured her heart into celebrating her son's milestone, even personally selecting props for the shoot.
During the shoot, Nam Bora repeatedly marveled at her sleeping son, saying, "He's so pretty" and "He's really cute." Her affection as a mother was evident as she watched her son, who has grown noticeably even in the short span of 50 days.
After the shoot, she fed formula to her hungry son. Nam Bora explained that Kong-al-i's feeding intervals have recently shortened to about two hours, suggesting he has entered a rapid growth spurt. Seeing her son grow day by day, her husband also expressed his bittersweet feelings, saying, "He shouldn't grow any more than this."
Nam Bora also shared her inner thoughts, saying, "I already miss the newborn days. He is still a newborn, but it feels like he's growing too fast." She then jokingly told her son, "Stop growing. No," drawing laughter.
Watching her son sleep with his hands folded in her arms, she marveled, "His pose is almost like a fashion magazine pictorial," and even struck a model pose next to him. Her devotion to parenting was clear in how she captured every small movement of her son.
She has continued her professional work alongside parenting. Even after 11 PM, while her son was sleeping, Nam Bora sat in front of her computer to edit YouTube videos herself. She explained that because she wants to spend as much time as possible with her son during the day, she mainly carries out her work at night.
While video production has caused her content upload cycle to be somewhat delayed, she expressed that rather than stopping work, it is better to continue steadily even if it takes more time. In doing so, she revealed the realistic struggles of balancing parenting and her personal career.
On this day, Nam Bora also visited her maternal family with her 50-day-old son. Handing the baby to her mother, she joked, "Mom, your way of holding the baby is a bit awkward. You've lost your touch."
Having raised 13 siblings, her mother held her grandson skillfully with her extensive experience, and despite the family's teasing, she showed deep affection for the baby. The video captures Nam Bora, who grew up in a large family, now building her own family routine as she raises her child.
Nam Bora married a non-celebrity businessman in 2025 and gave birth to her son last June. Since then, she has been communicating with fans by honestly sharing her childbirth and parenting journey through her YouTube channel.
