Sunja Speaks Out After Being Mocked in 'I Am SOLO' Gossip Controversy

On the 28th, a live session was held on the YouTube channel 'Chonjang Entertainment TV' following the broadcast of Season 31 of SBS PLUS and ENA's 'I Am SOLO'.

Sunja shared, "On the day of the first broadcast, a few people who had time met at Seong-cheol's house to watch episode 1. After the broadcast ended, some went home while others stayed to drink. Since Jeong-hee, who was also a participant, remained, I expressed the grievances I experienced within 'Solo Land.' I gathered my courage to speak up, but the reaction I received at the time was very cold. Even a participant who had nothing to do with the incident scolded me, saying, 'Aren't you being too sensitive? And why do you have to bring up such stories here and ruin the mood?'"

She continued, "I wondered if I had to pretend not to know about what happened within this group until the broadcast ended. I felt like I had simply become an uncomfortable presence within this circle. After that, I decided I wouldn't join the groups where the female participants gathered, and I also left the group chat called 'Girls Talk.'"

She further stated, "After the 6th episode aired, KakaoTalk messages kept coming my way. I thought there was enough time to apologize before the 6th episode aired, but it seems those people didn't think to reflect on themselves until then. Because their late apologies didn't feel sincere, I didn't even read the notifications."

Previously, controversy arose when Ok-soon, Jeong-hee, and Yeong-suk—referred to as the 'The Glory' trio—were seen gossiping about and ostracizing Sunja behind her back on 'I Am SOLO.'
