Actor Um Ki-joon opens up about his marriage and early conflicts on the MBN/Channel S variety show 'No Plans At All 4'.
Actor Um Ki-joon candidly revealed that he experienced significant conflicts with his Wife during his first year of marriage.

In the first broadcast of the MBN and Channel S variety program 'No Plans At All 4' airing on the 3rd, MC Jun Hyun-moo and travel creator Kwak Tube will join actors Um Ki-joon and Ryu Soo Young on a food tour to find famous restaurants in Daejeon.
During this episode, Um Ki-joon appeared as a 'restaurant informant' who personally recommended a Korean beef specialty restaurant in Daejeon. He showcased his unique culinary taste, introducing it as a regular spot he has visited for a long time, saying, "If you have business near the Chungcheong area, you must stop by."
While moving, Jun Hyun-moo shared an anecdote about being asked by Um Ki-joon to serve as the moderator for his wedding in the past. He recalled, "Not long after we worked on a broadcast together, I suddenly received a call asking if I could moderate the wedding."
In response, Um Ki-joon also mentioned his first meeting with his Wife. He drew the attention of the cast by revealing, "We met naturally at a gathering with acquaintances, and I felt an attraction at first sight, so I approached her first."
The conversation naturally led to his married life. When Jun Hyun-moo asked, "Isn't married life happy?", Um Ki-joon answered honestly, "It's getting better again these days," but added, "We fought a lot during the first year of marriage."
When asked, "Do you recommend marriage?", he said, "If it were this year, I could recommend it. But if you had asked me last year, I wouldn't have recommended it," drawing laughter with his witty expression of realistic newlywed life.
Um Ki-joon shared sincere thoughts on his views on marriage, conveying that the process of experiencing conflict was also a time for understanding each other and building their relationship.
Actor Ryu Soo Young, who appeared alongside him, also shared stories about his family. He created a warm atmosphere by saying, "My daughter is already ten years old now. She scolds me often these days, and seeing her reminds me of my Wife Park Ha-sun."
The program is expected to provide diverse entertainment, blending Ryu Soo Young's high-level meat-grilling skills, the mukbang of Jun Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube, and the realistic marriage stories of the two actors.
Meanwhile, Um Ki-joon married a non-celebrity woman in December 2024, and through this broadcast, he will candidly reveal his daily life and newlywed experiences for the first time on a variety show.
