Broadcaster Jang Young-ran delivered a blunt reality check to Jang Ye-won, who jokingly compared herself to IVE's Jang Wonyoung. Attempting to leverage their shared surname to gauge the preferences of foreign tourists, Jang Ye-won was met with the response, "Get a grip," from Jang Young-ran. Jang Young-ran's signature honest and playful wit added laughter to the Busan trip.

In the first broadcast of the Channel A entertainment program 'Just Follow Us, Unni' on October 30, Jang Young-ran and Jang Ye-won were shown traveling through various parts of Busan alongside Taiwanese influencer Shining and K-beauty expert Yoo Seung-woo. The itinerary was designed to directly experience the Korean travel craze sweeping Taiwan, enjoying sightseeing, shopping, and beauty treatments.

Prior to the trip, Shining introduced that a so-called "Busan sickness" is currently trending among her Taiwanese friends. She expressed high interest in traveling to South Korea, noting that shopping for clothes and cosmetics and receiving dermatological treatments are essential courses when visiting the country. She added that the popularity of Korean culture has grown through idols and dramas.

The four participants boarded the Haeundae Beach Train to tour the landmarks of Busan. During the ride, Jang Young-ran asked which Korean celebrities foreign tourists currently most desire to resemble. Yoo Seung-woo, a physician with 15 years of experience who accompanied them as a one-day manager, replied that the popularity of IVE's Jang Wonyoung is particularly high among Chinese tourists. He noted that many patients visiting his clinic actually bring photos of Jang Wonyoung to explain the image they desire.

Jang Ye-won reacted immediately to the unexpected comment. "We also have the same surname, Jang; don't they bring our photos?" she asked, highlighting that she shares a surname with Jang Wonyoung. Jang Young-ran responded without hesitation, "Get a grip, Ye-won." Her realistic reaction to the joke comparing Jang Ye-won to the overwhelming popularity of Jang Wonyoung drew laughter from their bickering chemistry.

After admiring the Busan sea from the beach train, the group arrived at Cheongsapo Station. There, they captured memories of the trip by taking photos of Shining and visited the Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory, which is installed at a height of approximately 20m above sea level. An impromptu competition ensued as they vied for the best photography skills against the backdrop of the open sea.

The photo competition became competitive. As they sought to determine who took the best photo of Shining, Jang Young-ran proposed that the person in last place pay for the meal. Jang Ye-won showed confidence after taking a single photo, saying, "It's already done?", while Jang Young-ran and Yoo Seung-woo also competed to secure better shooting positions.

The four checked the results at a grilled clam restaurant. The honorable first place went to Jang Young-ran, while Yoo Seung-woo finished last and could not avoid paying for the meal. He expressed regret, saying, "It has artistic merit, though..." Jang Ye-won introduced the area around the restaurant, which is famous for its grilled clam village, and the group continued the travel atmosphere while enjoying the food of Busan.

The final schedule was a K-beauty experience for pore management, a concern Shining had frequently mentioned. After receiving the treatment, Shining shared her thoughts, stating, "I had a great experience thanks to the unnies. It was a trip that made both my body and mind feel healthier." From the playful banter of Jang Young-ran and Jang Ye-won to Busan sightseeing, food, and beauty experiences, the first trip left a special memory for the Taiwanese influencer.
