Actress Kim Jung-nan to move to Yeongdeungpo this November

Actress Kim Jung-nan revealed during a recent YouTube video that she will move to Yeongdeungpo in November. This follows her July announcement that she had put her spacious luxury home up for sale at a "very cheap price."

Actress Kim Jung-nan has personally revealed that she will be leaving her much-discussed luxury home to move to Yeongdeungpo this coming November. As she previously drew attention by disclosing that she had put her current residence up for sale at a "very cheap price," curiosity is mounting as to whether an actual sale has taken place.

On the 26th, a behind-the-scenes video from Kim Jung-nan's YouTube channel was released, featuring her appearance on the MBC entertainment program "Midnight Horror Story." During the footage, entertainer Kim Sook visited Kim Jung-nan while she was waiting to film, expressing her joy by saying, "I missed you. You've become a YouTuber." The conversation naturally flowed into Kim Jung-nan's recent life, as she has begun sharing her daily routines through YouTube.

While the two were discussing having a meal together, the topic of Kim Jung-nan's residence was raised. When Kim Sook asked, "Are you still in that house?" Kim Jung-nan initially replied, "Anytime," before making a surprise confession: "I'm moving. To Yeongdeungpo in November." She directly shared her plan to settle her existing housing affairs and move to a new home.

Kim Sook immediately joked, "Are you moving because of YouTube?" Kim Jung-nan drew laughter by setting the record straight. While her reaction suggested that her move was not due to her YouTube activities, she did not provide further explanation regarding the specific background of the move or the size and type of the new residence.

Kim Jung-nan's home had previously garnered significant attention when it was revealed through YouTube. The house, notable for its spacious layout and large windows, featured a study and exercise room on the first floor, and bedrooms and a dressing room on the third floor. The spatial composition, which clearly reflected her tastes and lifestyle, drew intense focus, and following the reveal, interest shifted toward her real estate status.

In July, Kim Jung-nan stated on YouTube that she would be moving in October and explained that she had put her current home up for sale at a "very cheap price." While her remarks regarding offering the luxury home at a price lower than market value drew attention, no specific sale price or transaction terms were disclosed at that time.

In this latest video, Kim Jung-nan reiterated her plan to move to Yeongdeungpo in November, but she did not reveal whether her previous home has actually been sold. Therefore, the fact that her moving schedule has been specified is a separate matter from whether the sale of the house has been completed. It remains unconfirmed what process led to the decision to move after putting the house on the market.

As Kim Jung-nan, who drew interest by revealing her luxury home, moves to a new residence, interest is focused on what kind of space she will inhabit for her daily life. However, the information released so far is limited to her plan to move to Yeongdeungpo in November, with no further details available regarding the specific appearance of the new home or the transaction status of her previous residence.
