Broadcaster Park Mi-sun revealed on her YouTube channel that she once fainted in a sauna after Lee Kyung-sil prevented her from exiting. During a staycation in Jeongseon, Gangwon-do, Park warned against overexerting oneself in the heat and shared plans to travel to Thailand in December for a BTS concert.
Broadcaster Park Mi-sun has shared a dizzying past experience of fainting in a sauna. She recounted how, while attempting to leave a hot sauna, Lee Kyung-sil held her back, preventing her from exiting. While shared with a laugh, the memory serves as a reminder that overexerting oneself in a sauna can lead to dangerous situations.
On the 22nd, a video titled "This is why people do staycations" was released on the YouTube channel Miseon Impossible. Park Mi-sun traveled to Jeongseon, Gangwon-do, for a healing staycation, enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery and relaxing in a sauna. While enjoying her rare respite from a busy daily life, she drew attention by revealing an unexpected past incident involving a sauna.
When the production team suggested a competition to see who could endure the sauna the longest, Park Mi-sun waved them off. "Why would you do something like that?" she asked with a laugh, questioning the logic of competing to see who can stay in a hot place the longest. Her reaction suggested there was no reason to participate in such a bet, even if it seemed like a simple prank.
Park Mi-sun then recalled a time she went to a sauna with Lee Kyung-sil. "In the past, I went to a sauna and tried to leave, but Lee Kyung-sil unni pulled me back and wouldn't let me go, so I once fainted," she confessed. Although she spoke about it comfortably, it was a situation where she actually experienced a dizzying moment where she could not control her body.
The production team agreed, noting, "That is true. It is dangerous." Park Mi-sun emphasized that "one should stay in a sauna according to their own ability," warning against staying in the heat recklessly. Since a sauna is a space intended for relieving fatigue and resting, she suggested it is more important to monitor one's physical condition rather than competing with others to stay in high temperatures. She noted that if dizziness or discomfort is felt, it is safer to exit immediately and cool down.
Afterward, Park Mi-sun enjoyed her vacation while looking out at the wide mountain views. She revealed her future plans, stating, "I haven't gone on vacation. I am saving up my strength because I am going to travel to Thailand in December." In particular, she revealed her fan spirit by disclosing that the purpose of the trip to Thailand is to attend a BTS concert.
Park Mi-sun drew laughter when she said, "I am going to see the BTS concert in Thailand." She explained that she had not planned any separate vacations to save her energy for the upcoming performance, but the time spent in Jeongseon became an unexpected rest. "So I wasn't even thinking about a vacation, but this is a vacation," she said, expressing her satisfaction.
From her past of fainting in a sauna to her excitement for the BTS concert, Park Mi-sun showed both her honest wit and her fan heart through her small daily life. In particular, she drew attention by turning a dizzying past experience into a humorous story while adding the practical advice that one should not overdo it in a sauna.
