Stephanie reveals details of relationship with 62-year-old Major League Baseball former player Brady Anderson
Stephanie, a former member of The Grace, shared details about her relationship with Brady Anderson, a former Major League Baseball player who is 23 years her senior.
Former The Grace member Stephanie revealed on a YouTube channel on the 21st that she and 62-year-old Brady Anderson began dating during the COVID-19 pandemic after first meeting in 2013.

Stephanie, a former member of the group The Grace, has candidly shared details about her relationship with Brady Anderson, a former Major League Baseball player who is 23 years her senior. While the age gap between 39-year-old Stephanie and 62-year-old Anderson remains a point of public interest, the couple reportedly feels almost no generational difference. Stephanie drew attention by speaking honestly about her boyfriend's strict self-management and his unique lifestyle habits at home.
Appearing as a guest on Tak Jae-hun's YouTube channel on the 21st, Stephanie recounted everything from her first meeting with Anderson to how they began dating. She explained that they first connected in 2013, and Anderson is a former batter who played in Major League Baseball. The two eventually developed a romantic relationship during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We first met in 2013 and started dating during the COVID pandemic,” Stephanie stated, adding, “Because I couldn't come to Korea due to COVID, we naturally started dating.” After knowing each other for a long time, the unexpected circumstances of the pandemic served as the catalyst for their relationship. The explanation that their bond deepened during a time when crossing borders was difficult added interest to the story.
Stephanie's characteristic honesty stood out when discussing her boyfriend's lifestyle habits. Regarding Anderson, she said, “He said he has never smoked or drunk in his life,” noting, “He can drink, but he absolutely does not.” She also expressed admiration for his strict self-discipline, mentioning his body, which is maintained through consistent exercise.
In particular, Stephanie emphasized, “He exercises constantly, so his body is very firm,” before adding, “He wears almost no clothes at home. He just wraps a towel around himself.” This unexpected revelation of private life made the conversation even more lighthearted. Moving beyond just being a couple with a large age gap, she disclosed their long-term exercise habits and daily lifestyle without reservation.
When asked if dating a foreigner makes it difficult to date Korean men due to being accustomed to affectionate attitudes, Stephanie gave an unexpected response. “No. Korean men are sweeter,” she said, adding, “They have cute sides even as they get older.” Rather than offering unconditional praise for her foreign partner, she lightened the mood by acknowledging the charm of Korean men.
Regarding whether they feel a generational gap due to the significant 23-year age difference, she cited cultural differences. “Since he is American, there is no such thing,” Stephanie explained, noting that while age is considered important in Eastern cultures, repeatedly mentioning age in the United States can be seen as rude. She added that Anderson himself has reacted by asking, “Why does Korea talk about age in every interview?”
Public interest in the relationship has naturally focused on the age gap. However, the stories shared by Stephanie highlight their ability to maintain a relationship despite different cultural backgrounds and lifestyles, rather than focusing on the numbers themselves. Contrary to the public view that measures generational gaps by age, the couple appears to prioritize the comfort they feel while being together.
Stephanie, who debuted with The Grace in April 2005, has expanded her career as a solo singer and musical actress. She currently operates K-pop and ballet academies, continuing her activities outside of the stage. Anderson, following his career as a Major League Baseball player, is currently serving as a hitting coach for the Los Angeles Angels. After a long-standing connection, the two have drawn attention for continuing their relationship in their own way despite the surrounding interest in their age difference.
