Content production company Black Paper, co-founded by Yoo Byung Jae, quickly addressed controversy regarding its Project Manager intern job posting.

Writer and entertainer Yoo Byung Jae's co-founded content production company, Black Paper, has moved quickly to resolve controversy surrounding its Project Manager (PM) intern recruitment notice.

The job posting included requirements such as 6 months of full-time work, understanding of creator content, variety shows, and YouTube content, as well as basic image and video editing skills. Preferred qualifications included experience in SNS channel management, content production, and interest in the fields of goods, emoticons, and character IP.

However, the posting caused controversy due to the lack of specific information regarding conversion to full-time employment after completing the internship.

As the controversy grew, Black Paper announced that it would modify or delete the job posting.

Black Paper was co-founded by Yoo Byung Jae and his former manager, CEO Yu Gyu-seon. The company's roster includes Yoo Byung Jae, Jonathan Yiombi, Lee Eun Ji, and Patricia.
