On the 15th, Kang shared several photos on her social media (SNS) with the message, "I had a great experience in China. Let's all fighting!"
The photos capture Kang posing against various backdrops during her visit to China. Emphasizing a youthful look with full bangs and long, straight hair, she caught the eyes of fans with a bright smile and a softer impression. Followers reacted to the photos with comments such as, "It's hard to believe she is in her 40s," "I can see her old vibe again," and "She looks more natural."
This recent update has garnered particular interest as it showcases the changes following the reconstructive surgery Kang previously disclosed.
On her YouTube channel, Kang candidly explained the motivation behind her epicanthoplasty reconstruction. "A close younger friend saw my old photos on Cyworld and told me, 'Go back to how you looked then,'" she said. "I never thought my epicanthoplasty was done well, but after hearing those words, I went in for a consultation."
Laughing about her transformed appearance, she added, "This is my original face. Please recognize me now. Even if I go to a tteokbokki restaurant alone to eat fish cakes, no one recognizes me."
Kang also made headlines for her transparency regarding her physical changes, revealing she has undergone a total of 7 plastic surgery-related procedures and surgeries, including the reconstruction. Her decision to share her experiences honestly rather than hiding them has earned significant praise.
