Moon Chae-won to Wed on the 28th: Groom's Identity Kept Strictly Private

Actress Moon Chae-won will hold a wedding ceremony with a non-celebrity on the 28th at a location in Seoul. Out of consideration for the non-celebrity groom and both families, the ceremony will be held privately with only family and close relatives in attendance.

Since April, she has shared the exciting news of her marriage with fans. She revealed her feelings, saying, “I am a little nervous, but more than that, I am excited at the thought of forming and nurturing a family. I plan to continue my activities in more diverse ways in the future.”

Following the announcement, rumors circulated online claiming that her fiancé is a younger dermatologist and that she is pregnant before marriage, but all such claims have been confirmed as untrue.

Moon Chae-won clarified through her YouTube channel, “My fiancé is not a younger dermatologist.” Her agency also denied the rumors of premarital pregnancy, stating they are groundless.

Moon Chae-won recently showcased her charm by releasing wedding pictorials. Since her debut in the 2007 SBS sitcom Mackerel Run, she has been loved by viewers through her appearances in numerous dramas such as Painter of the Wind, Brilliant Legacy, The Princess' Man, The Innocent Man, Good Doctor, Flower of Evil, and Payback: Money and Power.

She has also appeared in films such as War of the Arrows and Love Forecast. Her most recent work is the film Heartman, released this year.
