Moon Chae-won Reveals Her 80 Million Won Mercedes-Benz: "The Company Doesn't Trust My Driving Skills"
Actress Moon Chae-won reveals her Mercedes-Benz on YouTube, sharing funny stories about her driving skills and why her agency is worried.
On the 18th, actress Moon Chae-won revealed her 'beloved car' through her YouTube channel.

Moon Chae-won showcased the Mercedes-Benz sedan that she drives herself. The model is sold in the 77 million to 80 million won range based on the 2020 new car release price.
She stated, "I can't say the car is 100% my taste. I always try to buy small cars, so it's a two-door. I am not confident in my driving and I am inexperienced. Also, because I had a 'closet license' (unused license) for several years, it has been about 6 years since I started driving again. I drive frequently, including trips to my parents' house. So, my skills have improved compared to before."
Showing her frugal side, she revealed the interior of the vehicle, saying, "I bought it exactly as the dealership provided. I remember not selecting any additional options. I usually carry a mat in the trunk. Since buying a mat every time I go to the Han River banks costs money, I always bring one with me."
She also confessed the truth, saying, "Actually, there were two lumbar supports in the car, but I thought it wouldn't look good aesthetically, so I quickly asked my manager to hide them."
Regarding the reason why she had to travel in separate vehicles with the production team, she apologized, saying, "It's because my driving is still inexperienced."
She continued, revealing that she hasn't been able to earn her company's trust: "My driving skills have definitely improved. I could potentially drive someone else, but I was worried that if an accident happened while I was looking at the navigation or responding to the PD's questions, what would happen. Because of that, the company worried much more than I did. I said I was fine and that I could do it, but it seems the company doesn't find me reliable."
