Baek Ji Young "I Endure the Noise" vs. Jung Seokwon "But You Told Me to Go Up"

On the 27th, singer Baek Ji Young and actor Jung Seokwon revealed on the 'Baek Ji Young Baek Z Young' channel that they are suffering from inter-floor noise.

Baek Ji Young shared, "I bought my first house at age 30, six years after my debut. After living with my parents, I finally moved out and secured my own place. At first, I moved into a mixed-use Office in Gangnam, which was a completely luxury Officetel."

However, she noted that after experiencing the Gangnam Station flooding incident, they moved to the Hyundai Apartment in Cheongdam-dong. She shook her head, saying, "We moved there with investment intentions, but the elevator only started from the 4th floor. Since we were on the 3rd floor, going up wasn't easy. Also, instead of assigned parking, it was random, so I frequently received calls in the morning asking to move my car." Furthermore, she mentioned it was an old apartment, though she noted there were no issues with inter-floor noise there.

The PD mentioned the issue of inter-floor noise, saying, "I can hear the sound of the washing machine running in the next house," to which Jung Seokwon empathized, saying, "It's the same for us now. We can hear every footstep of people walking above us."

Baek Ji Young explained, "The inter-floor noise in our house isn't that severe. It was built very sturdily, so it's not extreme, but it is annoying when it happens while I'm sleeping. But for me, it's just okay. We've rarely talked about it, but there have been times when the noise was so loud late at night. I just think it's fine; I believe things like that can happen," expressing that she tries to endure it as much as possible. Jung Seokwon reacted with surprise, saying, "But you told me to go up [to check]." Baek Ji Young admitted there are times when even she cannot endure it, replying, "No, it was a bit much back then."

Baek Ji Young and Jung Seokwon reside in a luxury villa measuring over 80 pyeong located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Baek Ji Young purchased it in 2017, and its current market value is approximately 3 billion won.
