Jannabi vocalist Choi Jung-hoon and actress Han Ji-min, who are publicly dating, recently became the subject of breakup speculation after Choi was seen shedding tears on stage at a university festival. However, the suspicion that the two had ended their relationship has been reported as unfounded.

The speculation was countered by eyewitness accounts saying the couple had been seen on a date at a location in Seoul late last month. According to those accounts, Choi Jung-hoon and Han Ji-min spent time together in a warm and affectionate mood, showing no sign that they were trying to hide their feelings for one another.

Witnesses said the two greeted people who recognized them with bright expressions and even gave autographs. The reported scene drew attention because it suggested that the couple remained close and comfortable in public despite the breakup rumors that had begun circulating around Choi's emotional festival appearance.

Recently, the official YouTube channel of Daehaknaeil uploaded a video titled "Jannabi's Choi Jung-hoon shedding tears at the Geondae festival." In the video, Choi addressed the audience while crying and explained why he had become so emotional during the performance.

"I have been in a band for 12 years, and this is the first time my voice has not come out," Choi said. "So I was very flustered. Because all of you sang so loudly for me, I think I will be able to stand on stage in the future without getting flustered."

On that day, Choi appeared to have struggled with singing because he was not in good condition. Even so, the audience helped him get through the difficult moment by singing along loudly, and it is understood that he shed tears because he felt both sorry and grateful at the same time.
