Lee Jung Hyun reveals 22 certifications; Seo Kyoung Suk offers history book
Actress Lee Jung Hyun surprises guests on KBS 1TV's 'Quiz Show! Ten Million Thanks' by revealing her impressive collection of 22 professional certifications.
Actress Lee Jung Hyun surprised audiences by revealing that she holds a staggering 22 certifications and licenses. Rather than mere hobbies, she has consistently challenged herself to acquire these credentials to master the skills necessary for her acting roles and broadcasting activities.

On the episode of KBS 1TV's "Quiz Show! Ten Million Thanks" aired on the 14th, history storyteller Sun Kim, entertainer Seo Kyoung Suk, Professor Seo Kyoung Duk, and actress Lee Jung Hyun appeared as guests.
During the broadcast, Lee revealed her extraordinary background, noting that her current collection of certifications and licenses has reached 22.
Her credentials include a Construction Machinery Operator License (forklift under 3 tons), 3rd Class Sports Instructor, Teacher's Certificate (Practical Teacher in Physical Education), 2nd Class Judo Instructor and Referee certifications, Freediving certification, and Motorized Water Leisure Equipment Operator certification.
Additionally, she holds 1st Class Exercise Prescription Specialist, 1st Class Fitness Instructor, 1st Class Personal Trainer, 1st Class Word Processor, 3rd Class Chinese Character Proficiency Test, and 3rd Class Distribution Manager certifications.
Beyond collecting certificates, she possesses significant martial arts skills, including 4th Dan in Judo, 3rd Dan in Yongmudo, and 2nd Dan in Taekwondo. She also holds JLPT N2, a motorized vehicle driver's license, and a standard driver's license.
When asked why she constantly pursues such a diverse range of certifications, Lee explained, "If there is something I want to learn, I try to get the certification if possible," adding, "Some were also obtained specifically to perform my work."
She noted that many of these pursuits are practical necessities tied to her profession. "When I do action scenes, I end up getting sports-related certifications, and for certain programs, I obtain other certifications, so I think they kept increasing," Lee said. "I will work even harder and do better."
By personally studying and obtaining qualifications to match her acting roles or the requirements of various programs, her list has grown to 22.
Upon hearing this, Seo Kyoung Suk identified one notable omission from Lee's list.
"One thing that is a bit disappointing is that among your qualifications, there is no Korean History Proficiency Test certification."
At this unexpected remark, Lee showed her determination, saying, "I will continue to challenge myself," though she remained cautious, adding, "I can't say that I will pass immediately."
Seo Kyoung Suk immediately responded, "I'll send you a book," drawing laughter from the group.
While the number 22 is impressive, Lee's approach to learning is even more striking. Her commitment to mastering the skills required for her career through direct study and certification, rather than relying on others, is remarkable. Attention is now focused on whether Lee will choose the Korean History Proficiency Test as her next challenge.
