Lim Young-woong to Hold an Impromptu Duet Concert with Cho Jazz at a Mountain House

Singer Lim Young-woong will show viewers a different side of his charm with a special live performance at a mountain house.

Episode 3 of the SBS entertainment program 'Mountain Bachelor Hero,' airing on July 7, will reveal Lim Young-woong's final evening with Hyeon Bong-sik and Cho Jazz. The small moments created as they live together in nature, along with an improvised music stage, are expected to draw viewers' attention once again.

In the episode, Lim Young-woong joins Heo Kyung-hwan to prepare dinner for the cast. The cooking attempt, however, does not go smoothly, as a series of unexpected mistakes unfolds one after another.

As drinks are spilled and even the pork cutlets end up burned black, Heo Kyung-hwan looks flustered and says, "I feel like I could cry." Even through the imperfect process, the scene is expected to create laughter and a warm atmosphere, showing the friendly appeal unique to life in the mountains.

After the meal, the program moves into a music segment led by Lim Young-woong. Preparing an impromptu live stage at the more spacious 'Jjaejeu Bar,' Lim says, "I will express today's feelings through song," before taking the stage with Cho Jazz for a special duet performance.

The combination of their harmonious vocals and the quiet atmosphere of the mountain setting is expected to give both the cast members and viewers an unforgettable night.

The upcoming broadcast also teases the arrival of new guests. Kwak Beom, Nucksal and Roy Kim visit the mountain house, creating another kind of chemistry with Lim Young-woong. In particular, the episode will reveal that Kwak Beom and Roy Kim are senior and junior in the Marine Corps, showing a special connection from their very first meeting.

'Mountain Bachelor Hero' is a healing-style variety program in which Lim Young-woong interacts with guests in nature while sharing music and conversation. The show has drawn strong interest since its first broadcast. Episode 1 recorded a 5 percent viewership rating and a peak minute-by-minute rating of 6.5 percent, while episode 2 also posted a 4.5 percent rating and a 6.1 percent peak, ranking first among variety shows in its time slot.

Since winning the top title, Jin, on TV Chosun's 'Mr. Trot' in 2020 and gaining broad public popularity, Lim Young-woong has expanded his activities beyond music into variety programs, concerts and other fields. In September, he is scheduled to meet fans with a solo stadium concert at Goyang Stadium.
