Park Jun Hyung Steps Down as Radio DJ After 14 Years; Wife Kim Ji-hye Says, 'Now Play With Me'

Comedian Kim Ji-hye expressed her appreciation for her husband Park Jun Hyung's hard work following the news that he is stepping down from the radio program he has hosted for a long time.

On the 25th, Kim Ji-hye posted a long message on her account, saying, "You did a great job. I never imagined the end would come like this." Along with the text, she shared photos and videos capturing her husband's final broadcasting journey.

She revealed her sadness over Park Jun Hyung's departure from radio, stating, "Knowing that you are someone who loves music and radio more than anyone else, my heart aches deeply." Recalling how her husband was always close to music, she expressed her regret, saying, "Watching you say you were happy because you were doing what you loved, I thought you would choose to be a DJ again even if you were reborn. It is so disappointing to wrap things up like this after 14 years."

She continued her support, saying, "Thank you for showing such sincere and positive energy, and I love you. I believe your heart that loves music and radio will shine again someday." She then expressed her affection, adding, "Honey, you worked hard. From tomorrow, play with me at 2 PM."

Park Jun Hyung has hosted MBC Standard FM's 'Park Jun Hyung, Park Young-jin's Two O'Clock manse' since 2011. However, he will lay down the microphone with his final broadcast on the 28th. Park Jun Hyung is leaving as the daytime programming is being completely reorganized following the creation of a new program by Sohn Suk-hee as part of the MBC radio restructuring.
