Yang Sang-guk pursues announcer Lee Yu-bin on 'Lovers of Joseon'

Comedian Yang Sang-guk expressed his interest in announcer Lee Yu-bin after meeting her for the first time on the TV CHOSUN variety show 'Lovers of Joseon'.

In the episode of 'Lovers of Joseon' aired on the 20th, members of '6 Can Do It' participated in a group meeting for 2 Days & 1 Night.

When Lee appeared wearing a pink one-piece dress, Yang drew attention by showing meticulous care, such as personally carrying her suitcase and even wiping rainwater off her chair.

When Lee said, "I'm so fluttery and nervous," Yang responded, "We were also waiting with great nerves." Watching this, Shim Soo-chang joked, "Sang-guk has already turned his back on us. His face has even turned red," bringing laughter to the set.

During the subsequent self-introductions, Yang honestly expressed his determination regarding marriage.

He stated, "I sincerely want to get married within this year. I don't think I'm at an age to delay it any longer," adding, "If we can understand each other, I believe it's possible in a short amount of time."

Lee also shared her story.

She introduced herself by saying, "I have worked most often saying, 'Let's meet the MVP of this match,' but I came here because I haven't met the MVP of love in my life yet."

She further explained, "I joined the company in 2019 and am an announcer who mainly handles sports broadcasting," and noted, "I am attending this gathering through my connection with Shim Soo-chang."

In particular, Lee revealed that she was born in 1994 and has lived in Dogok-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, since birth.

She surprised the cast members by stating, "I am from the Gangnam 8th School District," and "I live in my own home in Dogok-dong; I own a house myself."

The cast members could not hide their astonishment at the unexpected confession, and the atmosphere on set heated up even further.

In the first impression selection that followed, Yang clearly showed his interest by choosing Lee without hesitation. Attention is now focused on what kind of relationship the two will develop.
