Late Choi Jin-sil's daughter Choi Jun-hee will marry on the 16th, with her brother Choi Hwan-hee serving as the family host.
Choi Jun-hee, 23, the daughter of the late actress Choi Jin-sil and the late former baseball player Cho Sung-min, will hold her wedding on the 16th at a hotel in Gangnam with her non-celebrity boyfriend, who is 11 years older than her.
The family host for the wedding will be her older brother, rapper Choi Hwan-hee, who performs under the stage name Ben Bliss.
Ahead of the wedding, Choi Jun-hee expressed her longing for her parents through her personal account. She also restored and posted a video from her first-birthday party in which Choi Jin-sil said, "I will definitely invite everyone again when Sumin, Choi Jun-hee's name before she changed it, gets married."
She said, "The saddest thing is that only my mom and dad are absent from all those moments. I visited my mom before the ceremony, so please do not worry."
On the day before the wedding, she also wrote, "People still ask my brother, my husband-to-be, why it had to be that person. Then he answers that it is because she is someone who has been hurt for a long time. A person who has passed through lonely times and therefore does not love carelessly. A person who knows how much pain can make someone stronger. He says he loves me because I am someone who cherishes the very act of making it through each day."
She continued, "He was a person I was grateful for, someone who held my hand and told me that the road might be far and the end might not be visible, but he would carry me on his back and run, so we should set off together," expressing her trust in and affection for her husband-to-be.
The late Choi Jin-sil married former baseball player Cho Sung-min in 2000 and had a son, Choi Hwan-hee, and a daughter, Choi Jun-hee. They divorced in 2004. After Choi Jin-sil died in 2008, Cho Sung-min also died in 2013.
