Actress Hwang Jung Eum has revealed that she underwent breast surgery 16 years ago, a fact she kept hidden even from her family at the time. She confessed that while she chose the procedure as part of the beauty trends of that era, she has now had all the implants removed.

On the 23rd, while visiting Namdaemun Market to pick out lingerie in a video on her YouTube channel, Hwang said, "I don't usually wear a bra. I'm completely no-bra." As the conversation naturally turned to her past surgery, she confessed, "In 2010, I went and did it secretly without telling anyone, including my family."

She drew particular attention by specifically mentioning her role in the drama 'Giant' at the time, noting, "If you watch it, it will probably look different. There was some volume."

She also recalled the physical changes following the surgery, noting that her weight increased because her mother prepared food to help her recover, saying, "Because of that, my back ended up getting hunched."

However, things are the exact opposite now. Hwang revealed the removal of her implants, stating, "These days, not having surgery is the trend. So I had them removed too." She shared her honest experience, adding, "Removing them doesn't hurt. Doing the surgery is what hurts."

The most surprising part was her feelings after reversing the surgery. "It's so comfortable. I don't know why I even did it," Hwang said. "My mom and dad gave me such a good body that there was no need to do it in the first place." She emphasized her current appearance by saying, "Everything is natural."

She mentioned that her body size changed after removing the implants. "Since my size changed, I haven't gone lingerie shopping even once," she said, noting that she personally picked out comfortable underwear for the first time during this filming.
